Elizabeth “Betsy” Boggia

Raised in Bergen County, attending Northern Highlands High School and having spent her formative years in Ho-Ho-Kus, she now has lived across Northern NJ including Montclair, Ridgewood and Oakland. After several years abroad, curating a private modern art collection in Amsterdam, Betsy returned bi-lingual to work on her Masters in Design. Graduating Pratt University in NYC as planned she worked for Nina Seirafi, now at Gluckman Tang Architects, in Manhattan and then spent several more years with Michael Aiduss Design in Montclair. Adding a Real Estate license was the natural next step and she expanded from private home design to luxury sales in 2015.
Now, nearly a decade later, she has spent the majority of it serving residential real estate clients throughout Northern New Jersey offering expertise in home design and staging. The latter, a service we offer our VIP clients, adds up to 10% increase in net home sales to many of our clients. An expert in use of space and catching the eye of browsers, Betsy is a Listing Expert.

When it comes to staging a home we are looking to design for the camera not the end user. What we have learned is that the space is best represented with delicacy not with opulence. There are, however, always exceptions. As a historical home expert, some homes will come with such vaulting high ceilings and large gathering spaces we will lean toward representing the natural highlights of the design by inserting pieces that showcase it’s best use.
